Luxus warrant to repair or replace your Goods deemed to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship free of charge for a period of 1 year. Examine your Goods carefully on delivery and report any damage to us within 72 hours. No quibbles. Our standard conditions apply.

- When your delivery arrives, make sure you check everything carefully. Let our customer service team know about any damage within 72 hours on 0113 873 0280 or email sales@luxusbeds.co.uk.
- In some instances, we may require photographic evidence to inspect your Goods. In these cases, the decision of the inspector will be final.
- Sometimes we might arrange to send a furniture technician to have a look. The decision of this inspector will be final.
- All reasonable efforts will be made to match fabrics where a Goods is repaired or replaced. However, a match cannot be guaranteed, no matter how soon after the original Goods is delivered.
- Where repair or replacement of the Goods is not possible, we will offer you the opportunity to choose an equivalent Goods from our range. If you choose a Goods that is more expensive than the nearest equivalent we would require payment for the difference in price.
- If you would like someone else to discuss your queries with us, you’ll need to give us permission to speak with them.
- This warranty is non-transferable and will only apply to the original purchaser. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
- The warranty only applies within the boundaries of our usual delivery areas (UK mainland only).
- Delivery can only take place within our usual delivery areas. If you have moved since your original delivery date, please let us know.
The 1 Year warranty does not apply when;
- The Goods has been subjected to excessive wear and tear or misuse.
- The Goods has been damaged accidentally after our delivery team have left your home.
- Goods have become soiled in any way. We, therefore, suggest that on a mattress you always use a mattress protector to avoid unnecessary disputes in this area.
*Please be aware that you may be subject to a delivery charge of up to £79.00.
