How long does your delivery take?

Delivery times will vary according to the model that you have chosen. All our products are made-to-order but we still promise to fulfil most orders within 7 -14 working days. Our logistic partner will contact you to agree on a date and time once your product is ready for delivery.

Can you offer me a specific time slot?

We, unfortunately, cannot give you a specific time of delivery. We will, however, give you an am (7am - 12pm) or pm (12pm - 7pm) time slot. By prior arrangement, our logistic partner's drivers will give you a call approximately 1 hour in advance of the delivery.

What happens if I can't take delivery of my bed on the agreed date?

If you accept a delivery date that you subsequently cannot meet, a £99.00 redelivery charge will be incurred.

Who do I contact with queries regarding my delivery?

Once you have placed your order and received your order confirmation, you should expect your product to be delivered to you within 7 - 14 working days. Once your product is ready for delivery, our logistic partner will contact you to agree a date and time. A contact number and information will be provided to you to reach our logistics partner should you have any change of circumstances or questions. Alternatively, you can also contact us on 0113 873 0280.

How big is your delivery vehicle? (I live at the bottom of a very narrow lane). 

Our logistic partners use a number of different vehicles but typically they are 7½ ton extended vehicles - similar size to a furniture removal van. If you have any concerns for access to delivery vehicles please discuss this when you place your order.

My door is small. Will I get my products through it?

Access is not usually a problem but it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods that you have ordered fit into your house. Use our Home Measuring Guide to make sure your product will fit into your home. Should you have any concerns or queries please contact us and we will be able to confirm dimensions. 

Do we take old beds away?

We do not remove old beds and mattresses for health reasons. Most local councils offer a removal service to encourage responsible recycling. However, recommend the Reuse Network (https://reuse-network.org.uk), a registered charity that may be able to help.

What fillings are used in your mattress?

The mattresses that we feature have a number of different types of fillings, which depend upon the mattress specification. Please refer to individual model options for further details. Should you require any further details please contacts us on 0113 873 0280 and we will be happy to assist you.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit, debit cards, including American Express.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, due to security risks, we do not offer this payment option.

Do you offer any credit options?

We have partnered with Klarna to offer customers flexible payment methods. You can either choose to pay in 30 days or with the financing service, allowing you to pay for your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments. Read our Terms and Conditions for more information. 

Do I get a warranty or guarantee with my purchase?

All products on this website come with a standard 1-year warranty. We warrant to repair or replace your Goods deemed to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship.
