All products by Luxus are bespoke to your specification. Each and every order placed with us is valued. We want to completely support our customers throughout the whole process and experience with Luxus. It's a small way in which we can say thank you for your order.

Delivery coverage

Having learned from experience, we do NOT use mainstream, national couriers for the majority of our items. At Luxus, we use an independent, specialist logistics partner, who takes far greater care in handling goods. Our logistic partner provides a premium two-man contactless delivery service with every order at no extra charge (UK mainland only*).

*To maintain our stringent service levels a small delivery charge may apply to remote areas.

The professional delivery team handles your goods with great care and attention, ensuring the products you have ordered arrive to you in the best possible condition.

Your delivery date

Deliveries are typically completed Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm, excluding Bank Holidays. In all cases, the delivery date and time will be agreed upon with you once your product is ready.

Please note; the day of delivery will be specified by our logistics partner.

Delivery and assembly service

The two-man delivery team will deliver your new furniture to your door (COVID-19 Safe). The team are wearing face masks for each delivery, as well as regularly washing their hands and using hand sanitiser. For a charge of £100.00, the team will help you unpack and assemble your furniture professionally. 

They will also clear away all unwanted packaging and recycle it to ensure you're ready for a good night's sleep.

Delivery times

The delivery estimates quoted on this site are not guaranteed but can be used as a reasonable expectation of when you should receive your order. We will do our utmost to meet our quoted timescales. Please note that delivery estimates differ according to the product range and delivery location.

Our products

All our products are handmade, bespoke and made-to-order. They can take between 7 to 14 working days, depending on the selected model and delivery postcode. 

Considering access

It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into your home. 

It is essential that you carefully measure where your furniture will be placed and consider the route our logistic partners will take to get it there. Before placing your order, we recommend you use our Home Measuring Guide to make sure your product will fit in your home.

Our logistic partners will take every care with your home and new product, but we do recommend that you move valuables such as vases or paintings out of the delivery path. Our logistic partners can advise you of any risks.

Receiving your order

Once your product is ready for delivery, you will be contacted by our logistic partner to discuss a delivery day and 4-hour slot that suits their delivery schedule, van capacity & availability in your local area and your availability to receive the order.

Customers must be available at the delivery address to sign and acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the furniture. If you are not going to accept delivery yourself, you must notify us in advance of the nominated adult who will take delivery. If we so request to prevent fraudulent activity, you must ensure that you or a nominated adult with an appropriate ID (driver's licence or passport) are available on the day and the point of delivery to sign for the goods.

If you have ordered over the phone and your delivery is going to an alternate address, we will require additional identification before delivery.

Failed deliveries

If you or your nominated adult are not available in-person to accept your products on the delivery day and the 4-hour slot that has been agreed with you, we reserve the right to charge a fee of £99.00 for redelivery for the first item and a £10.00 fee for each additional item. All redeliveries will be in accordance with our logistics partners rolling delivery schedule, van capacity & availability in your local area.

Please check the product dimensions before placing your order to ensure the goods will fit into your home. If our logistics partner is not able to fulfil the delivery due to access restraints, it may result in a fee of up to 50% for each item to cover the costs of transportation, manufacturing and administration. Use our Home Measuring Guide to make sure your product will fit into your home.

Delivery checks

We are sticklers for quality. Every piece of furniture sent out undergoes a rigorous quality assessment and is also re-checked against your order specifications.

Damage or inaccuracies are infrequent but can happen, so we ask that you check your products over after the team has delivered your handmade items (or if unwrapped and assembled your handmade items). You will be asked to confirm and sign that you have taken receipt of the products in excellent condition and according to your specification.

If you're not 100% happy when you inspect them, let our delivery team know or contact us on 0113 873 0280 within 72 hours of delivery, quoting your order number so that we can immediately rectify the issue for you. We may ask for you to send us photos via email at sales@luxusbeds.co.uk of any areas of damage or imperfection to offer you a suitable course of action.

Unfortunately, as our products are made to order we are unable to provide refunds on this basis. There will be no further charges for sending out replacements and this does not affect your warranty.

Delivery to remote areas

We offer free delivery* on orders over £300.00 to all standard UK mainland areas with an estimated lead-time quoted above. Delivery to remote areas of the United Kingdom will incur an additional delivery charge, with an extended delivery delay of up to 2 to 3 weeks. Any variance in our estimated delivery turnaround will be discussed at the time of ordering.

*A delivery charge of £79.00 applies on orders under £300.00.

There are a limited number of postcodes, in remote areas of the mainland, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescale.

International delivery

Upon request, we can deliver to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Shetlands, Outer Hebrides, Isle of Arran, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Lundy, Orkney Islands and outside of the UK.
